Yoga practice at CML invites participants to gently shift their orientation between external and internal awareness as together we discover how movement and breath can help change our relationship to ourselves.
The yoga modalities offered at CML are trauma sensitive, offering you a new experience of empowerment from which you can make intentional choices, take effective action, and experience the flow of life while remaining present in your body, even if this has been a source of challenge in the past. Through our yoga offerings, we encourage you to disengage your thinking mind and feel the full presence of awareness through the breath and the senses, allowing yourself to live more deeply, fully, and with a greater sense of peace. |
