The Center for Mindful Living represents a group of independent practicing professionals who believe in the transformative power of mindfulness and creativity. We offer traditional psychotherapy, creative arts therapies, somatic education, and many opportunities to develop and practice mindfulness skills.
We provide training and support for living a mindful life through workshops, events, classes, study groups, and a variety of contemplative practices. We believe the traditional medical approach to mental health care is enriched by providing embodied, holistic and innovative ways to resolve conflict, enhance communication, and make meaningful changes in our lives.
Weekly Meditation Schedule
All times are shown in Central Time. All meditations sessions are offered virtually through Zoom. Additionally, Wednesday sessions will be conducted in a hybrid format (both in-person and online). If you have any difficulty, please email [email protected].
