Traditional psychotherapy, expressive arts therapy, medication management, and coaching for those who are looking to live more rewarding, engaging lives.

An artifact of our stressful, modern lives is the anxiety and depression that result from our sense of disconnect from ourselves and one another. By discovering and intentionally living in alignment with our values, we are better equipped to take care of ourselves, one another, and our planet.

Welcome to The Center for Mindful Living

We're so glad you stopped by!

The Center for Mindful Living represents a group of independent practicing professionals who believe in the transformative power of mindfulness and creativity. We offer traditional psychotherapy, creative arts therapies, somatic education, and many opportunities to develop and practice mindfulness skills.
We provide training and support for living a mindful life through workshops, events, classes, study groups, and a variety of contemplative practices. We believe the traditional medical approach to mental health care is enriched by providing embodied, holistic and innovative ways to resolve conflict, enhance communication, and make meaningful changes in our lives.
