All times are shown in Central Time. All meditations sessions are offered virtually through Zoom. Additionally, Wednesday sessions will be conducted in a hybrid format (both in-person and online). If you have any difficulty, please email [email protected].

If you are interested in attending the Mindfulness Study Group, we highly encourage you to email Laura at [email protected] and ask to be added to the notification list so that we can reach you in case of alterations or cancellations in the schedule.
With so many demands on our attention, we need time away to find our center. Through sitting and moving meditation, we reacquaint with breath and rejoin the world with balance and calm. The Center for Mindful Living offers a number of opportunities to learn and grow through mindfulness education, application and practice.
Please join us for our offerings of silent and guided meditation, study groups and classes. Our sitting groups and study groups are offered gratis with an invitation that you pay any benefit you receive forward to help assist someone else. |
