ABOUT us

Picture
We are a group of independent, like-minded service providers who are committed to helping people find more compassionate, grounded, and creative ways of thriving as we meet the challenges of the times in which live.

We believe that crisis, when understood through the lens of mindfulness, resource, and opportunity, engenders new learning and occasions to re-examine our values, lean more deeply into our humanity, and make course corrections along the way.

Are you living the life you hoped to live? Do you feel sufficiently resilient to weather the storms of modern life and contemporary culture without turning against yourself or others?

We offer a number of different strategies to help you build a robust approach to resilience through mindfulness instruction and practice, traditional counseling, expressive art therapy, lifestyle coaching, medication management, as well as training and consultation.

Each of us are fellow travelers on the road and we strive to work alongside of you as you identify and pursue your goals for wellness and change. We honor your expertise in your own life and offer strategies and practices to help you become who you are meant to be.
