Aging with Ease
6-session workshop
Facilitated in-person by Laura Crosby
Wednesdays, September 16–October 21
5:30 pm to 7:00 pm
The distinguished actress Ingrid Bergman once compared aging to climbing a mountain, saying “You get a little out of breath, but the view keeps getting better.” In this small group workshop, we will take an honest, compassionate look at the realities of aging while illuminating the wisdom that comes with age and the views that get better and better.

Join us for this rich exploration of how mindfulness, heart practices, insight meditation, and connection can infuse our aging with equanimity and appreciation.

We will enjoy short teachings, guided meditations, journaling, gentle movement (optional), and open inquiry — all in a casual, welcoming community. All ages welcome. After all, everyone is aging.

Register here by September 15th.

Living + Aging with Heart
6-session workshop
Facilitated online via Zoom by Laura Crosby
Wednesdays, September 16–October 21
7:00 am to 8:00 am
Practice giving your tender heart and tired nervous system some good love!
Join us as we enjoy heart practices, short teachings, insight meditations, and connective conversations that bring loving-kindness, grace, and ease to the experience of living and aging. It’s a great way to start the day wherever you are.

Wondering how this workshop differs from Aging with Ease? While some elements overlap, this workshop places greater emphasis on the heart practices, is virtual, is just one-hour long per session.

Please feel invited to stay on after the workshop for a 30-minute sitting meditation at 8:15am.

Register here by September 15th.

Saturdays, September 19 & 26, October 10–November 14

Learn to practice mindfulness and meditation in a relaxed small group setting that can meet you exactly where you are, just as you are. Engaging, practice-filled, revealing, and healing, this 8-session workshop focuses on essential practices that connect us
to our clarity, compassion, and equanimity.

Whether this is all new to you or you are looking to refresh and deepen your practice, this workshop is designed for you. In every session, we will focus on “real-time” practices and the insights they offer as we enjoy short lessons, brief guided and silent meditations, journaling, and facilitated inquiry.

Grounded & Relaxed: Awake in the Body
6-session mindfulness workshop
Facilitated online via Zoom by Laura Crosby
Mondays & Wednesdays, October 26–November 11
5:30 pm – 6:30 pm
Join us for this delightful exploration of how we can be awake in the body. Drawing on embodiment practices and wisdom teachings, we will play with simple, practical approaches to grounding, relaxing and opening into spacious, clarifying awareness — deepening our mindfulness and meditation in the process. We will explore six practice themes that bring us into the body and into greater intimacy with this first foundation of
mindfulness.

For now, we can call the themes:
Grounding, Relaxing, Opening, Letting Be, Nurturing, and Interbeing.

Not a movement class, this experience will engage the physical body, subtle body, breath, heart, and mind in ways that leave you calmed and refreshed.

Register here by October 16th.
