“Yes! Thank you! More Please!”
Gratitude as an Antidote and a Contagion

A Day-Long Workshop

Facilitated by Dr. Louisa Foster
Saturday, November 22nd
10:00 am to 4:30 pm

November is the month of “Thanks-Giving”, a moment to pause and celebrate all of the beauty and blessings around us.  Please join us on November 22nd for a day long program exploring the many gifts of gratitude in our lives, particularly as an antidote to the frustration and fear we feel in challenging times.

Together, we’ll examine the benefits of welcoming more gratitude into our lives and explore the relationship between abundance and a greed and scarcity mindset. Using mindfulness, contemplative writing, art making, and ritual, we’ll invite a deeper sense of abundance in all domains of our lives and identify ways to make gratitude a “contagion” to combat helplessness and cynicism.

Registration ends on Friday, November 14th
