2018: The Year of YES!
A year-long coaching program to help you
clarify goals,
manage obstacles,
and give you the encouragement to make a lasting change.


Have you been struggling with making a significant, lasting change in your life?  Does it feel like every New Year’s Resolution you’ve ever made has been abandoned by February?  Have you lost hope of ever achieving your goals?
 
Have you been trying to live a healthier lifestyle?
Do you long to take more risks or be more creative in your life?
Do you imagine yourself in a different job? A different city? Living a different life, but with no idea how to get from “here” to “there”?

What if there was a different way?
What if you had a community that could support you, celebrate you, and hold you accountable, not only when you established the goal, but throughout the process? Throughout the year?

This year-long coaching program will help you clarify your goals, identify and manage obstacles, and give you the sustained encouragement you need to make the lasting change you’ve dreamed of.

Program Overview:

We’ll begin with a January immersive weekend intensive where we’ll learn about the neurobiology of change and the components of successful goal setting and completion.  We’ll understand why it’s important to be intentional and deliberate each step of the way.  We’ll look courageously and compassionately at
  • What you want
  • Why you want it
  • What gets in your way
  • Who supports you and who requires a firmer boundary
  • How to push past obstacles and transform them into teachers
  • What the Hero’s Journey can teach us about transcending challenge and emerging victorious.
 
Our time together will include visioning and daydreaming, releasing limitations and expectation to make room for what is truly in your best interests.  We’ll create a vision board to guide our year long journey, and a monthly plan that starts “here” and ends with your success!
 
Form February to November, we’ll meet as a group online for a monthly, hour and a half video call around the New Moon, the time to plant seeds and set intentions for the month. 
 
Each month we’ll explore a new theme and help us stay committed and on track.  We’ll problem solve around stuck places and missteps and celebrate getting messy as we develop rituals that will help cement new behavior and beliefs about who you are and what you can accomplish.  In December, we’ll gather in person to celebrate our efforts and solidify our new path.

This program is right for you if:
  • You have a burning goal that feels elusive or out of reach
  • You’re ready to stop wishing and regretting and roll up your sleeves and make a change that you can be proud of.
  • You are living with fear or anxiety that is preventing you from reaching your full potential
  • You know where you want to be and who you want to be, but aren’t sure how to implement your ideas effectively
  • You’re tired of working toward your goals in isolation and would welcome the support of community and the guidance of a seasoned facilitator
  • You feel ready to create rituals and processes that will support and ensure your success.
  • You’d like to find a reproducible way to work through change that you can rely on again and again.
  • You’re curious about finding out just where your limitations lie.
  • You’re ready to break through the cycle of shame that holds you back and feel deserving of success.
 
What you receive:
  • The January Weekend Intensive (Friday night, January 26th to Sunday afternoon, January 28th with lunch at Mark’ Bistro included) to help you clarify your goals for 2018, set intentions and define monthly action steps.
  • Nine monthly community calls addressing a monthly theme, providing support, real time course corrections, and identifying solutions to obstacles.
  • A private Facebook group to share community, ideas and support throughout the program.
  • A weekly accountability partner to provide support between calls.
  • A course workbook to help organize your thoughts and document your journey, providing you with a record of your process and success that you can use as a model for future change.
  • A final group gathering in December to celebrate your 2018 success!

Payment:

Four options:
  • $575.00 Early Bird, when total payment is received by December 29th (best value)
  • $610.00, after December 29th
  • Four monthly installments of $160.00 billed January through April.
  • A deposit of $250.00 with nine monthly installments of $47.00 billed February though October. 
Bonus
The last date for registration is January 15th but if you register by January 5th, you’ll receive a bonus one on one, hour long consultation with Louisa to help you identify negative fears and beliefs that have sabotaged your efforts in the past.  Recognizing your handicaps can help you get to your goals with greater ease! ($200 value)
