January 2023:
We are currently monitoring the trifecta of Covid, RSV, and Influenza that is affecting our community this winter. We continue to offer the Wednesday 8:15 am Silent Meditation sessions and the Sunday Mindfulness Study Group sessions as both in-person and online offerings. All other Daily Meditations and Guided Meditations remain online at this time.
Some workshops, classes, and retreats are being offered in-person with the understanding that all participants are expected to be vaccinated and current with any boosters before attending. Participants may be asked to provide proof of a negative Covid test at the onset of the program and some programs will require that participants remained masked.
We will review this policy again in the spring and make necessary changes at that time with the hopes of ever increasing our in-person offerings and returning to a pre-pandemic format.
We are continue to be grateful for your flexibility and understanding as we adapt to this ongoing fluid situation and as we continue to assess whether health conditions require further protections or remote measures. Thank you for helping us keep the most vulnerable in our community safe by observing these requests.

June 2022:
Starting June 1, the Wednesday 8:15 am Silent Meditation sessions and the Sunday Mindfulness Study Group sessions will be in-person as well as virtual. All other Daily Meditations and programs will remain online at this time.
Weather permitting, these on-site offerings will take place outside in the Center’s backyard. During inclement weather, we will meet in the Meditation Room, provided we can do so safely with the number of attendees. (Note: The group facilitator will determine whether a group or members of a group will move indoors.)
We will be offering a hybrid experience for those who choose not to meet in-person, and we thank you in advance for your patience as we work to master the technologies involved.
As we begin offering in-person group sessions again, vaccination will be required. In addition, masks will be required indoors in common spaces, including the entry way, hallways, kitchen, and restroom. Once everyone is gathered and the Meditation Room doors closed, masks will be optional for the group. Tea service will remain suspended. Please feel free to bring your own beverage with you.
We are grateful for your continued flexibility and understanding as we monitor this still fluid situation and remain adaptable should the health conditions again require further protections or remote measures. Thank you for helping us keep the most vulnerable in our community safe by observing these requests.

January 2022:
Please note that CML is monitoring the changing COVID landscape in order to determine when we can safely open for in-person sitting groups, classes, workshops. At this time, we remain closed for anything in-person, except for individual therapy, until March 2022 at the earliest, at which time we will reassess the situation. We’ll keep you posted on any changes to the schedule. Thank you!

March 2020:
We, at CML, have been considering how we can, as a community, promote best practices in keeping one another as safe as possible while COVID-19 runs its course.
Effective immediately, our normal offerings will be modified in the following ways:
Therapy Sessions
- Providers are prepared to offer online sessions, if that is your preference. Some providers may elect to only work remotely. Please check with your provider and determine what course of action feels comfortable to you both.
- If you elect to have your session online, please know that we will be using HIPAA compliant software appropriate to telehealth to keep your information confidential.
- Please discuss with your health care provider if your insurance company will reimburse for telehealth services. While we are finding that many are revising their policies to provide continuity of care during this event, it is important to check your policy to know what is covered.
- Please remember that each CML provider has an existing policy not to charge a cancellation fee for last minute cancellations due to illness. If you are feeling unwell, please stay home and take care of yourself.
Sitting Groups
- Please see virtual meditation schedule above.
Mindfulness Study Group
- The Mindfulness Study Group (offered on the first and third Sundays) will move to an online format.
Yoga Classes
- Yoga Nidra and Trauma Sensitive Yoga classes scheduled to begin on April 14th will be postponed for the time being. You will remain registered for this class and notified when the new dates are announced.
Mindful Self-Compassion Class
- The current Mindful Self Compassion class will be moving the remainder of its sessions online and information regarding an access link will be send to participants in a separate email.
- For the foreseeable future, MSC classes will be held in an online format and access information will be available on registration.
All CML Zoom links can be found here.
