CURRENT WORKSHOPS

Jungian Dream Weaving Group
A Six-Week Exploration
Facilitated by Dr. Louisa Foster

Every Other Wednesday 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm
January 25th – April 5th
We spend one third of our lives asleep, receiving guidance and counsel from our unconscious in the form of dreams. As part of our ongoing Conversations with Wisdom programming, this six-session group will offer us the opportunity for insight and discernment by exploring dream elements that arise in the precious, rejuvenating container of sleep.

Together, we'll gently hold the dream of that session's "Seeker", adding our own insights and projections to help enhance the Seeker's understanding of the dream. We provide the dreamer with a wealth of collective symbology to help enrich the message of the dream, as well as increase our own facility with our personal metaphorical landscape. The "weaving" refers to the synthesis of insight we receive as we move between the personal unconscious of the "Seeker" and the collective unconscious of the group members.

If you’ve ever wondered what knowledge and understanding dreams might harbor for you, join us for this fun exploration of hidden meaning and wisdom.
The group meets online every other Wednesday for six sessions from 5:30 pm-7:30 pm CST. Each session will last between an hour and a half to two hours, depending on the dreams we choose to explore.

Sustaining Tuition (I’d like to help others attend): $220.00
Standard Tuition (I’d like to attend): $200.00
Supported Tuition (I’d like some help to attend): $175.00

The Path to Self-Compassion
A 12-week Experiential Group
Facilitated by Dr. Louisa Foster

Thursday Evenings 5:15 to 7:45 pm
March 9th – June 15th (3 weeks per month)
Nurturing a strong, positive relationship with ourselves is at the very foundation of emotional well-being and resilience.

Whether you are new to self-compassion, a graduate of our Mindful Self-Compassion class, or a life-long practitioner of mindfulness, this group will offer you new ways of putting your practice into action.

Together, we’ll review the science and foundational practices that support Mindful Self-Compassion and further explore the three essential elements of mindfulness, common humanity, and loving kindness in supportive community.

This embodied, active practice does not take place on the cushion but in direct application to our daily lives by exploring in community how inner messages and archaic beliefs obscure our capacity to treat ourselves with kindness and respect.  We’ll meet the Yin (soft compassion) and Yang (fierce compassion) players that will populate your own personal Compassion Council, an inner guidance system that you will develop to accompany you into the varying challenges of your life, offering wisdom, support, and gentle loving-kindness.

The relationship you have with yourself is the most significant and important relationship you will ever have. It is worthy of your attention and care.

“You yourself, as much as anybody in the entire universe, deserve your love and affection. The self of which you speak, whether it is the great self or the small self, is only a concept that does not correspond to any reality. There is a treasury full of jade and jewels. It is in you.”

~ Gautama Buddha

Tuition: $800.00 (Billed in four monthly installments of $200)

Contact Louisa with questions or for more information.

Please note: This group meets on Thursday evenings for two and a half hours on three weeks out of each month, March-June. We will not meet on March 30th, April 27th, or May 18th. Please plan to attend all sessions as the content builds on prior sessions.

Please don’t let cost be a barrier to your participation.  If you are truly in need, please contact us so that we can make arrangements to help accommodate your participation.
