Basic Mindfulness Workshop: 
​Begin and sustain a
​meditation practice

Cultivate attention, clarity, & a greater capacity to be open to whatever happens each moment. Learn to use your internal resources to change your relationship to suffering whether due to stress, physical pain, emotional pain, illness, or discontent. By committing to weekly class and daily home practice, participants will learn sitting meditation techniques as well as strategies to integrate mindfulness into daily life.
